As our brand continues to grow, so too do our lead times. We don't like the idea of discouraging customers with long lead times but we'd rather be honest and up front than making excuses.
We're working diligently to invest in equipment and technology to minimize lead times. As with any quality, custom, hand made product, there is a demand and we're running as efficiently as possible to deliver in a timely manner. Please allow at least eight weeks for your order to ship.
Because we oversee every step of the development and manufacturing process, we have no problem offering a lifetime warranty you'll never need. Should the unimaginable happen and your WTF gear fails you, send it back for repair or replacement.
